out of sheer boredom dinner came early, but alas im done eating today….it was delicious, i made myself a eye round steak with some paleo deviled eggs and some pineapple chunks….for sauce i used sambal oolek on the steak…mmmmmm

after the realization that my cupboards were empty of anything i can eat i decided to go get some groceries….

for lunch i cooked up a link of sausage with some green beans and potatoes (guess im not “orthodox”)

for dinner im going to make an eye of round steak with some green beans and pineapples…..

also went on a run with the doggy dog today, we had fun, she got to bark at cats.

diets going strong/nightmares

i haven’t documented in a few days because i’ve been a bit down. laying in bed for hours doing nothing, feeling completely unmotivated…the reason? nightmares. its been over a month now of nightmare filled sleep sessions, more and more realistic every time.

this morning i woke up shaking mid-nightmare.

i’ve never been the best sleeper, but this is just ridiculous.

day 3 eats

brunch was a veggie patty with salsa a few pickles, and a banana pepper slice or 2.

dinner was a greenleaf salad with carrots, cabbage, banana pepper, turkey, avocado, hard boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, salt and pepper w/italian dressing….

its becoming clear to me after 3 days that removing what i have from my diet (most likely bread) causes for a much more intense hunger when it happens, intensifies the effects of alcohol much faster, and intensifies hangovers as well…

not sure whats on the menu for today, soon enough ill make my way out of bed and figure it out.

drank a bit too much last night so breakfast was combined with lunch today.

sausage and turkey with green beans, iced tea and water.

which also became dinner cause i had a bunch of left overs.

ill probably eat once more today and i see a cup of fruit with mango juice in my near future.

ive figured out one of the best tricks to working on mopeds is that when you get frustrated, stop working on it and go back with a clear head. its amazing how much easier it is to fix your problem when you arent busy being angry at it.
